Story
I am raising money for the neonatal intensive care unit at the William Harvey Hospital, Kent, to thank them for saving my son's life.
Theo was born with undiagnosed pneumonia on 10th October 2014. He tried to breathe but couldn't, leading to his heart stopping and brain damage imminent. Midwives and neonatal staff resuscitated him and gave him CPR, before putting him into a hypothermic state for three days to limit brain damage.
Their amazing response and treatment saved Theo and prevented him suffering any future disabilities. They are wonderful, skilled, knowledgeable and, above all, loving professionals and we will be forever in their debt.
We've raised £610.00 offline and would like to raise even more. All money raised will go to the unit and help bit little extras for the babies such as Christmas stockings.
