If you're reading this you are so, so lucky - you don't fear starving, being killed, seeing your children die, you don't fear being refused life-saving medicine which only costs a £1.

If you're reading this you are amongst a very rich minority in the world - most people in the world don't have Christmas hampers, sanitation, TV, holidays, salsa and BMWs like we do.. it's just a dream to them.. and there are those who can't believe our world of luxury even exists.
