Thanks for getting this far.  I didn't want to ask anyone to sponsor me until I knew I was actually going to go through with this - but it looks like I am.  So after 3 weeks training I'm planning to run all 10 miles of the Great South Run.  This will be painful so please sponsor me to make sure I can't give up.

 

All of the money you donate will be going directly to our horticultural project in Portsmouth which using gardening to help people, many of who have learning disabilities or experience of mental illness, to live more independently and get into work.  They really do a great job with not much funding, raising most of the money they need through selling plants and doing grounds maintenance projects.

 

We've already raised £6,000 to supply a new greenhouse so they have a better place to work inside in the winter but they need another £2,000 to sort out electrity and planting benches and the like so I'm running to try to get them a bit more.
