After Cycling to Gibraltar last year I have got the bug to do another sporty challenge! With my dodgy knees the London Marathon was out of the question so the next best thing was the London Mazda Triathlon on the 8th August 2010. This is a full Olympic course so the distances are as follows:

Swim - 1.5k, Cycle - 40k, Run - 10k

For those of you that are not familiar with Triathlons you do the swim, cycle and run straight after each other without rest.

I am raising money for a charity called 'Chase.' They are based in surrey and do amazing work with children and their families with terminal illnesses. I have attached their website below if you would like further information.
