Mike Samworth and I are running a half marathon to raise money for Tiger Awareness. Training is going well, up to about 9 miles now, so need to step it up in the last couple of weeks.

Conservationists say there are just 3,200 tigers left in the world as the future of the species is threatened by poachers, destruction of their habitat and climate change. The world population of tigers has fallen by 95 per cent in the past century

Tiger Awareness was formed in 1998 to give the public more awareness on the plight of the tiger.
They are a voluntary non-profit making charity and give free talks to schools, the public, and other organisations. All donations and funds raised go towards tiger projects.
