Steve & I have been training hard for the past 6 months & completed a 20  mile "warm-up" run last Sunday, 8th March. This will be my 4th Marathon, with 3 hours 50 minutes as my PB to date. It doesn't seem to be getting any easier as we get older but the thought of helping the work of St Lukes is inspiring us to keep going especially as you will have heard only last week that they face a £500,000 funding shortfall this year & are having to lay-off staff.
