My name is TJ and I joined Momentum Care’s service, Let’s Go, in 2003. It helps people with physical and learning difficulties to live independently. With the help of a Momentum Support Worker, I can go on a holiday, go to the pictures, on day trips - anywhere i like, really.

I would give Momentum Care ten out of ten because all the staff are understanding about the people they work with and I’ve built good relationships with them. I want to help Momentum to continue the great work that they do by raising money for them. If you would like to help them too, then please make a donation through this page.
