As you can see I have entered myself for the MK Half Marathon on Sunday 8th March 2009. I haven't actually competed in a race since I was at school so it should be an interesting experience to say the very least. I've been in training for a few months now and have my ambitious sights on a sub 2 hour race time!

If you can, give generously but more importantly give what you can. We are in troubled times brothers and sisters but we must spare a thought for those much less fortunate than us. Children often do nothing to deserve the terrible pain they sometimes have to endure and giving can only make this easier for them...
