Well I did it ... Absolutley amazing.. It was a bit windy and I did a couple of 360's. Got aching muscles, the rope was really heavy.

Why did I do this?

1. Well I'm 50 this year so to celebrate I've decided to take my life in my hands and abseil 450 ft down Guys Tower to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

2.For every £20 raised Marie Curie can provide 1 hour of nursing care to a terminally ill patient in their own home. I am aiming to raise £500, equivalent to 25 hours nursing care. Your donation really will make a difference
