In December 2017 I suffered a cardiac arrest and thanks to the marvellous efforts of the paramedics and the Norfolk and Norwich cardiac team I'm incredibly fortunate to be celebrating my 60th birthday.

We would have thrown a party but no chance of that thanks to Covid!

I would love it if friends and family make a donation to this great local charity to support the people that helped save me instead of getting me a gift.
