Story
With 36% of topper sailors being female who race and compete at a high level, why is it that only 4% of on water support at our events is female?
So the challenge is to get at least 50% of the safety fleet at the Carsington national series event to consist of topper mums and grannies and change the trend for the future.
With everyone dressed in pink, male crews wearing tutus and a mobile"coffee and cake facility" on the water will we meet our target?
Many of us know someone who is, or who has been battling with breast cancer so to recognise the magnificent support topper Mums give to young sailors every week in the background, we want to raise as much money as possible for cancer research by tempting them out of their comfort zones in the office or the coffee shop and get them out on the water!
Every pound you give will go straight to cancer research.
