After a year of battling through cancer, our loving father lost his life. During his fight, the care and attention provided by the palliative care team through the hospice was so important in giving him the most comfortable experience he could have. He was blown away at the work and dedication of these people to their work, valued their help so much and , at times, was extremely moved by their extreme kindness.

To honour his memory and the work of these amazing people, we would like to donate as much as we can to help these teams to continue to support more people who are going through the same experiences.
