Well we all finished the triathlon on Saturday 2nd August in one piece!

Surviving the 400m swim in the murky waters of the Royal Victoria Dock, cycling the technical 10km course and enduring the heat during our 2.5km run on a sunny summers day.

Final Placings, Ian (63rd), Toby (67th), Chris (104th). We're even talking about doing another event.

Overall we will have raised nearly £800 for The Prostate Cancer Charity.
