We are going out to Uganda in June for 10 days with Habitat for Humanity, to build a couple of houses and fund a few more in the process. There are 9 of us in the team - mostly a group of friends based in Romsey, Hampshire. The team comprises;

Team fundraising events have included taking part in the Paris Marathon (only Barny was mad enough!), a sponsored river clean, mountain bike raffle, local art auction as well as approaches to local businesses etc.

We had a team target of £12,600 (£1400 has been raised elsewhere leaving £11,200 to be raised via this web page) which was set to both cover all the trip costs and pay for all the materials that we are going to use.

You will notice that we have now exceeded our team target! A very big thank you to everyone who has supported us, the response has been fantastic. But please do not let that put you off donating as all additional funds will be put to the same to good use (additional materials etc).
