Uniforce Live was inspired by friend of the organisers: Captain Tom Sawyer, who tragically lost his life while on active duty in Afghanistan in January 2009. It was Tom's passion for music and organising local gigs that led to the idea of a charity gig in his memory and to show support for all the forces personnel still serving around the world with all proceeds going to Help for Heroes.

The night will include an eclectic mix of popular live bands as well as cutting edge DJ's who will open and close the event.
