I am doing this in memory of Mark, a very special friend, and to help others through Macmillan Cancer Support.

Its the day after the marathon, a little stiff but that doesn't matter. Everyone's support sped me round - thinking about Mark, Wendy, the boys, everyone who was fortunate enough to know Mark and all the encouragement from my friends has made it a priviledge for me to do this. I am very grateful. This is a really good cause. Everyone has been terrific. Thankyou.
