Mike and I are running for a very special cause, the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.  Hardly any money is spent on research into lung cancer, which is ridiculous seeing as its actually very common, and the survival rate is very low, that is why the foundation really needs your money.

I am running in memory of my wonderful dad, and to hopefully make enough money to make a difference and to help others who are diagnosed.
