When you've loved and lost someone so special to you, what better way is there to remember them than by doing something entirely positive?

Helen was loved by so many, that since we started fundraising in September 2010, we have raised over £10,000 for her chosen charities. 

We have had four coffee mornings, walked 10 km on the Night of Neon, held a charity brass band concert, walked the Welsh 3000s  and have given the donations from Helen's funeral to charity. 

Helen's chosen charities are: The Christie Hospital, Macmillan Cancer Care, Hope Kidney Patient's Association, Salford Royal Hospital, Kidney Research UK, The Raynauds and Scleroderma association and Oldham Sixth Form College (which now has an annual student award called The Helen Ramsden Prize in Health and Social Care).
