Alf - my courageous husband - has challenged me in an area totally unnatural to me and out of my comfort zone! I will, however, defy his belief in order to raise funds for the charity I co-founded in 2001 to promote & provide sporting opportunities for children & young people with disabilities, and which has last year expanded to include all ages. This will be a great opportunity for me to practice the 'motto' from the 2014 winter Paralympics 'I'm possible', not its 'impossible'.   Please do forward this invitation to help raise funds for Ayrshire Sportsability to everyone you know!
