Hello All,

This is slightly last minute... however I suppose it is better late than never.

I am taking part in the Palace to Palace bike ride on the 7th of September to raise money for Advantage Africa, a wonderful charity that supports inspirational people in Africa to overcome poverty and disadvantage.

So I am writing to all my friends, both old and new, with big hearts (to match my effort...considering I am a tad bit out of shape) to sponsor me in this fantastic cause.
