Thank you for visiting.  As I'm sure you're aware Wales URNU has been raising money all year in memory of our very good friend Todd Burrows.  As the final event, a minibus full are attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge.  This involves climbing the three highest peaks in the United Kingdom in under 24 hours.  These are namely Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.  Overall we will travel the equivalent of a marathon on foot and over 1100 miles by road- no small task! 

Your donations will go to our charity: Help for Heroes, a charity that helps service men and women that have been injured fighting overseas. 

Our target is £500 but I fully expect and hope to blow that out of the water.  So please pledge as much as you can.  This event is a salute to our dear friend, who given the chance would be right there with us; and at the same time is a salute to the heroic men and women of our armed forces who put their lives on the line day in and day out.

NEWS UPDATE:
SUCESS! We did it.  Early this morning we ran the last 500m to complete the challenge in 23 hours 47 minutes.  Despite being severely handcapped by the minibus we are all very proud of ourselves.  The times for each moutain are as follows:
Ben Nevis - 4 hours 27min
Scafell Pike - 3 hours 24min
Snowdon - 3 hours 47 min
A huge well done to everyone, it was tough but ultimately we suceeded!
