Sharon and I are running the Great Midlands Fun Run this June, a whole 8.5 miles long!  We will be doing this dressed as sunflowers, to help raise money and awareness for Walsall Hospice.  Please help us by sponsoring us.

 

It is an exciting time at Walsall Hospice, as it is now being built!  It is our task now to raise the £1.5 million needed to equip the hospice, so that it can accept its first patients in early 2011.  Thank you for your support.

 

7th April- I have been training on my Wii fit- aim is to run on that every night and then at the weekend go out for a proper run.  Last night I managed 10 minutes jogging (after a good 20 minutes doing rhythm boxing) so I feel its a good start! 

 

29th March- We have started training!! But its not going well.  I ran for about 5 minutes and felt like I was going to die.  Sharon 12 minutes and woke up feeling worse for wear.  Clearly this is going to be harder than we thought, so please sponsor us lots!!!
