Story

All three teams took part in the 24 peaks challenge over the weekend of 15/16th August.  After battling through treacherous conditions, winds strong enough to throw us from our feet and visibility of less then 100m, we made it to the finish line relieved and soaked to the skin.  A big thank you to those who donated to this cause and supported us enabling us to reach our target of £8,250.  If anyone still wishes to make a donation please do so by clicking above.  The total raised by the whole event so far is around £30,000, which will make a massive difference to many lives around the world.

The Teams:

Poles Apart - Olivia Austin (TL), Graham Dundas, Sarah Packman, Liz Taylor, Richard Stone

Sweaty Betty Wanderers - Nick Jones (TL), Paul Easlea, Jenny Last, Chim Cheung

5 up 2 down! - Jonathan Bass (TL), Roz Whalley, Julie Richards, Vanessa Coyle.
