On 15th June 2008 me, my sister Sarah and my dad are going to be cycling from London to Brighton. This 54 mile bike ride is in aid of raising money for the BHF, an organisation dedicated to beating heart disease and other heart related issues through extensive research which, like any charitable organisation, relies heavily upon external funding.
