We campaign, educate and support SCI people to allow everyone to live a fulfilled life

Story

On the 12th October a team from WSP are taking part in the Great Eastern Run Half Marathon.

Following an operation in 2007 a WSP colleague suffered damage to his spinal cord which stills causes him considerable pain and mobility issues.   To demonstrate our support we have decided to raise money for charity and selected the Spinal Injuries Association, who provide support and advice to 1000 people a year who suffer spinal cord injuries.

Non of us are what could be described as Elite athletes and over the last few months there has been a lot of blood, sweat and tears, not to mention a few drop outs (names available on request).  The remaining magnificent 10 are committed to completing the 21km even it's on our knee's and there is certainly renewed vigour to the training regime now we have realised there is just over 5 weeks to go.

The team members are Clair Johnson, Samantha Echeverria, Louise Judd, Yong Pang, Adrian D'Arcy, Tim Graham, Omar Khan, Anthony Green, Simon Few and Andy Scott.

Please sponsor us!!.  Any support you can provide would be very welcome and spur us all on to compete the events.
