Hey everyone! 

I've decided to run a half marathon(mainly because I'm stupid and thought it was the same distance as a 10k ooops haa)! Anyway I'm running it for Heart UK the nations charity dedicated specifically for fighting this disease.  Heart Disease remains the biggest killer of both men and women in the UK and frighteningly there are no symptoms - the disease is completely silent.

If you can spare a penny, a yuan, a euro, a dollar, some running shoes?!! Anything! That would be great!!
