I am completing the BUPA Run again, this year on the 16^th May 2010 in Manchester City Centre. This year I am running again for a local charity – Rainbow Family Trust. To give you an idea I have provided a summary of this charity;

 

* Francis House is a very special hospice caring for terminally ill children. Criteria for entry into the hospice are the child has been diagnosed as having 'no cure'. It is therefore unlikely that these children will become adults, and consequently the House tries to improve the quality of their short lives.

I am not the best in fitness and will be deserted by my friends half way round again like last year - but i will finish it :@). It is the taking part that counts, we are all winners blah blah blah.   

I have set up an account on Justgiving.com which is a way for people to sponsor me and the money is then sent straight to the charity. This takes out the hassle of knocking on doors (because i will!!! :@)) for the money and easy to do, also when pay on a credit card the charity receives bit extra please through Gift Aid.
