Dust off the January blues with my take on 5-a-day. Starting 22nd Jan, I will be running 5k per day until February 16th, weekends as rest days.

2020 was a year of terrible news. I'm starting the new year by doing something positive about the news, by raising money for The Economist Educational Foundation. Your donations will help to give the next generation the skills to understand the issues shaping their world, and discuss them constructively, so that they can make it better.

We are an independent charity that was set up from inside The Economist in 2012. Our mission is to change young people’s lives by giving them the skills to think and speak for themselves about current affairs.
