On Sunday 26th September 2010 four brave EnShip lads will be taking part in an all day torture event.  Set in the Cairngorms of Scotland the event is to raise money for the Sailors' Society.

The event comprises of a 50km XC mountain bike course, 3km canoe and 10km run - all in one day!

We will be racing!

We understand that you will receive many requests for donations through the course of the year and that some charitable causes may affect you or your loved ones directly.  However, as shipping agents dealing with the welfare of seafarers on a daily basis, we know just how important the role of the Sailors' Society is in reaching out to seafarers across the globe.

We have witnessed the real difference that can be made to the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of crewmen and their co-workers by the intervention and assistance given by the Sailors' Society.  Weeks and months spent at sea, thousands of miles from home and family, can take a heavy toll....

....it is easier for us to prove the point by putting our bodies on the line in aid of this worthwhile cause.  Put your wallet, purse, piggy bank or cookie jar where our legs and lungs will be and help us reach our goal of not only completing this challenge, but returning a team effort to make you proud!
