I'm raising funds for Kith & Kids' healthy living activities for people with autism and learning disabilities. One of those activities is football and the Kith & Kids United team has gone from strength to strength over the last few years - in fact they have 3 five-a-side teams now! It is amazing how much confidence the players get from this both on and off the pitch! 

The healthy living activities also include healthy cooking, martial arts, running, yoga, choir and .... who knows what next activity Kith & Kids will develop. With your help the charity will be able to support more people with learning disabilities who are often socially isolated.
