Hello Everyone,

This weekend, on Sunday 10th October, I’ll be taking part in this year’s Royal Parks Half Marathon. I’m running to raise money for St John Ambulance, an organisation which provides first aid at public events and backs up local ambulance services during local major emergencies. St John Ambulance is also first aid and health and safety trainer of choice for hundreds of thousands of companies, local authorities and members of the public. I worked for St John Ambulance for five years and have seen with my own eyes what a great job they do and that is why I’m aiming to raise as much money as possible from the event.
