Patrick's pedal against poverty

I'm marking my retirement after nearly 40 years spent working on water projects in UK and overseas by cycling from John O'Groat's to Land's End between 24 July-9 August 2010, in aid of various charities. This page is for donations to Centrepoint. 

Centrepoint works to give homeless young people in UK a future, by providing shelter and support to help them build a future for themselves, and campaigning on their behalf.

I am also keen to raise money for the Halcrow Foundation (http://www.justgiving.com/Patrick-Hawker-HF) and Homes in Zimbabwe(http://www.justgiving.com/Patrick-Hawker-HIZ).

I'll be cycling about 1,050 miles (that's around 70 a day) in aid of these charities. Please sponsor my bum-numbing escapade by giving generously to one (or more!) of my chosen charities.
