Seriously I am supporting the Soldiers Charity run on Saturday 26th April organised by St Georges School ( a hilly 10K!)

If and I mean if you also believe our armed forces have had a very challenging time over the past 10 years particularly in Afghanistan and you would like to support the charity then please donate at the link below.

I really appreciate we are often asked to help all sorts of causes so I am putting a max of £5 on any contribution as I hope to raise £100 in total.
