Dear Friends

I never quite found the time to have a mid-life crisis, so have decided on a senior version instead. I have entered a Vietnam Cycle Challenge in November, in aid of Jersey Hospice Care (jerseyhospicecare.com). The actual ride is over 8 days & covers a distance of over 700km, 62 to 113 km per day, much of it seriously steep. It's going to be a real challenge for someone of my advanced years, who gets a nose bleed on a thick carpet & has a tender behind.
