On Sunday 31st July we will be attempting to swim the width of the English Channel which is 21 miles or 33,800 metres, in just 12 hours! We will swim laps of Colwick Park lake to raise money for a new hydrotherapy pool at The Get Busy Living Centre!
We are planning to raise £1,000 for every mile and our swimmers will include our amazing beneficiaries and their friends and family, Foundation staff and supporters.
The challenge will begin at 7am and finish at 7pm and there will be plenty of activities for the children and snacks and drinks for anyone that wants to swim a lap or two or just come along to cheer Team Hambo on!
