1100 Miles, 11(ish) Days, 2 blokes in lycra!!!Gaz and I made the decision in September 2007 to carry out the most famous long distance cycle ride in the UK - John O'Groats to Lands End.We have decided to carry out this venture in aid of 4 charities; The Army Benevolent Fund (ABF), Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC), Meningitis Trust and the British Limbless Ex-Service Men's Association (BLESMA).The reason for choosing ABF as one of our charities is that the ABF will always be there for soldiers, ex-servicemen/women or still serving and you never know what is around the next corner. If you wish to know our reasons for choosing the other charities then please visit our other donation pages:http://www.justgiving.com/markandgaz_jogle_blesmahttp://www.justgiving.com/markandgaz_jogle_meningitishttp://www.justgiving.com/markandgaz_jogle_GOSHCCPlease donate as much as you can, even 1p can make a difference (but we hope you donate more!)Help us to raise as much money as possible by forwarding this page to everyone that you know. It is with your help that we can help our chosen charities by giving them as much money as possible.Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support.
