My story

Hi everyone,

I have now completed my challenge . When this picture was taken , I had just finished a big duck lunch in a little restaurant by this canal near Marmande, so decided to walk it off along the canal bank. This was good for me because it was level and it was very beautiful . All the trees reflected in the water and there were locks and boats to see. Thank you for sponsoring me. And there is still time for those of you who would like to. Thank you for my  offline cheques too. Lots of love rom Robert. See pictures of our fund raising efforts under "news " on the website www.railwaylandproject.org

Mum and I are  setting up a new project for my charity this year called "Living Water Walks and Challenges." You can sponsor me directly  as usual, but what we would really like you to do too, is to go on your own  sponsored "Living Water Walk."or "Living Water Challenge" either in your own area or whilst you are on holiday.

Mum can send information on this,  e-mail or phone 0132389037 or see http://www.justgiving.com/livingwaterchallenges Believe me having a page like this one is fun!! So do it for us pleeeease!

My friend Sally Evans is doing the first ever Living Water Challenge in Maryland U.S.A.in the next two weeks click here to see where.http://www.justgiving.com/sallyevanslivingwater and to sponsor her. And our friend Babette is doing it in French see http://www.justgiving.com/thecosmofilchallenge

Mum and I are going to do our Living Water Walk in the Dropt Valley in France .I should complete a river walk challenge by 20th July. We will take photos and write something about our experience and send these to St Nicholas Centre to be recorded. We may make an exhibition of photos and writing. I think this will be really good and I'm looking forward to seeing what other people are doing all over the world.  Do it for me and have fun too !!

Love from Robert and Mum.

P.S.Watch this web page for more news. AND Please send my page on to your friends by clicking.  "Share this page " at the top right. I need all the support I can get!!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Railway Land Wildlife Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. More info on my charity on www.railwaylandproject.org

But if you prefer you can send a cheque made payable to the Railway Land Wildlife Trust to mum.
