My chosen charity CAP, helps people that are finding it very hard to get out of debt. I think they may have many more clients over the next few years with all that's happening, and especially since they elected Boris as mayor.

Debts make you life a misery and many people don't know how to equip themselves with the tools required to get themselves out of an ever deepening debt spiral. It is not always down to high spending on credit cards, it is sometimes due to unforseen illness or maybe losing your job. It can happen to anyone.

CAP helps people, not just through sorting through paperwork and dealing with creditors, but also by providing extra support to families and individuals who may have lost everything and are staring again from scratch.

I've never been to Edinburgh and training is really erratic. I am running a 5 mile leg ot the Haggis Relay as part of a team of very hillarious people who are going under the name JJ's Mugs. The funny thing is my cousin Janice (who is the JJ) used some Jedi mind trick on all of us most of whom hated running before we started

Now we're cracking on each other trying to josle about who should do the short legs and who the longer 8 mile ones.

It's not about getting fit, it's not about losing weight, it's really not even about being healthy, in the end it's about raising money for a cause that is dear to my heart, for an orgnisation that helps others out of desparate situations. Living debt free is living stress free. Being in Debt is not the worse thing in the world but it sure ain't the best.
