I have (maybe stupidly) signed up to complete a marathon....in the Grand Canyon!

The Charity I am helping is called One 4 Kids (http://www.one4kids.co.uk/), this is my works charitable trust.  It was setup in 2005 to raise funds for under privileged children from all around the world.

To date we have raised over £250,000 in 5 years.  The charities that we have helped in the past are:
