On October the 9th, the Burleyshire Pirates, consisting of out of shape Lymphoma survivor Tim, and the lovely Jen and Claire, will take on the might of the 2010 Men's health 10K urban assault course in Nottingham.

We're going to run, swim, scramble and otherwise tough it through the fairly formidable array of obstacles to raise money for two of our favourite charities! Please help us by donating to either the Lymphoma Association, or Cancer Research UK.

And if anyone wants to come along and point and laugh (especially at Tim, who's not exactly built for running), feel free to come along and cheer us on on the day!
