So this is a little bit about me and why I am proud to be part of team CRUK...
1 in 3 of us will get cancer at some point in our lives - those are odds I'd like to change. I'm dedicated to proving that one individual really can make a difference - I am not a doctor, a nurse or a researcher but I can raise funds. By doing my bit, all those great people at CRUK can continue to do theirs - life-saving work that has doubled cancer survival rates in the last 30 years. I truly believe that we can and we will find a cure for cancer and I'll keep fundraising, however long that may take.
I completed my first CRUK event in June 2010, the amount of support and sponsorship I've had since then has been truly amazing and honestly humbling - from the bottom of my heart I'd like to THANKYOU for joining me on this journey - lets continue to make the difference together.
