As you may be aware myself and John have teamed up to complete the Year of Madness.....which involves completing twelve challenges between September 2011 and September 2012.
However, we also doing Challenge one, Race the Sun is Jo and Nick!!! What a team :-)
We are doing this for four amazing charities. Cardiac Risk in the Young, Action Medical Research, Macmillan Cancer Support and British Heart Foundation.
The challenges include:
One: 4th September 2011 - Race the Sun.
Two: Mid September 2011 - Yorkshire 3 Peaks Hike
Three: October 2011 - Coast to Coast Cycle
Four: May 2012 - The Fred Whitton Cycle Challenge
Five: May 2012 - Manchester 10k Run
Six: June 2012 - Tower to Tower Cycle (Blackpool to Paris)
Seven: June 2012 - Great North Swim
Eight: June 2012 - David Lloyd Mega Challenge Cycle
Nine: July 2012 - Lakeland 50 Hike / Run
Ten: August 2012 - Trail Lake District Hike (80 mile hike in the Lakes)
Then the grand finale....Eleven & Twelve: September / October 2012 - Land End to John O'Groats Cycle stopping off to run the Great North Run!!!
