Story
March/run with a 40lb bergen (rucksack) with an iffy pelvis/right hip?!!! Doesn't involve sitting/standing/twisting just (?!) plodding so it seems I’m in with a chance of doing the 10 miles within the 3-hour time-limit. Bizarrely, normal jogging does cause me problems so won’t be doing a half or full marathon any time soon. Hopefully 2015 will be spent doing oil paintings and proceeds going to VA!!
