As the COVID vaccine rolls out, people in wealthier countries can access it quickly and for free. The second wave of COVID-19 has hit Africa with great force and devastating impact. It may be some time before they can receive the vaccine with frontline healthcare workers being most at risk.

As a vaccine costs c£25 we are asking DSW employees and partners to gift half (£12.50) with DSW matching this to provide the full cost. We are raising money for health systems which are already woefully under-resourced, dealing with a second wave and new strain of COVID-19 is a monumental challenge.
