On the 24th April I will be running 5k in the Southampton ABP to raise funds to help Southampton Action continue its vital work to support refugees and asylum seekers. Southampton Action sorts and distributes donations of clothes, toiletries and other necessities to refugees and asylum seekers in Southampton and further afield. Not everything can be provided secondhand, however, and Southampton Action is always in need of money to purchase items like toiletries, shoes in the correct sizes and new underwear. After the expansion of their work following the arrival of Afghan refugees last year, Southampton Action is also seeking to raise funds to enable them to move to a new, permanent home where donations can be stored and sorted securely.Please help me reach my target - donate today!
