Disability North have a team of fantastic runners taking on the challenge of the Great North Run 2018. They are all diverse in ability but they are all united in support of disabled people.

Story

Last year I completed the GNR in 01:45:17 when running it for fun, I have now decided to run it again but this time to raise some money for a worth while charity which does some very good work within the north east. 

I am going to complete the run within 01:30.00, I appreciate any support or donations given!!
