In September I am taking on my very own '100 challenge' in aid of Enham Trust's 100th birthday! For the last century Enham Trust have been supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life. The charity provides accessible homes, personalised care, employment support and activities that improve physical and mental wellbeing for over 6,000 disabled people each year.
