Hello Family and Friends....

I would like to share with you that I have completed my 200th run today.

YAY 🎉🎊

Since I started tracking my runs since the summer of 2016..... I have completed 1138km.... which may not be much but it’s also the distance from London to Munich.

 I will be taking on half a marathon this year and am hoping to be able to complete it as close as possibly to 2 hours💋🙏fingers crossed 🤞

The event will take place on 19th May  in Hackney #hackneyhalf. Fingers crossed it does not rain ....

I turn to you again for help and seeking donations in the help of these beautiful twin sisters.

They were born premature and need constant care and looking after.

Please help us raise money which will go towards their daily  care and early development educational needs.

Teddy has a moderate physical and learning disability. She can walk alone but often loses balance and falls backwards. She needs support with her basic needs and to improve her cognitive, social and communication skills. She needs therapies and treatments with neurologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, physiotherapist and speech therapist.

 Teddy was not accepted at school with her peers and remained in a daily care centre for children with special needs. Her family is very poor and unable to support her treatments. We are working to stabilise her walk and improve her balance, to improve her gross and fine motor development, to enrich her vocabulary, help her meet her basic needs independently and her social abilities in the group lessons with other children.
