We're gearing up for Wales Air Ambulance's 100km Cycle Challenge 2025

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a first-time rider, this event is all about having fun, enjoying the scenic views and supporting a good cause.

Join us as we cycle from Cardiff to Llanelli, to raise funds to keep our helicopters in the air and our rapid response vehicles on the road.

Without your support, we simply wouldn’t exist, and those people suffering their worst day wouldn’t receive the advanced care that they need.
