The Cardiff 10K will take place on Sunday 3 September 2013.Thousands of runners will take on the flat & fast city centre route passing some iconic city centre sites including Cardiff Castle, City Hall and the Principality Stadium.
All runners who opt to fundraise for lead charity Kidney Wales will be supporting the charities work improving the lives of over nearly 100,000 people in Wales living with this life long, chronic condition. Being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease can have a massive impact on the lives of the individual and their families, and can results in lengthy dialysis sessions and the need for a transplant. There are many forms of the condition, multiple treatments but unfortunately no cure. For over 55 years Kidney Wales has been a pillar of support to these families living with the daily struggles of this life changing conditions, help us continue our work helping others by supporting us today at the Cardiff 10K . Any amount that you are able to raise will go a long way to helping those families in need.
